for plants by name; either Latin or by the common name (just type
in first 3 letters and the powerful search will do the rest). If you
don't know the plant name then you can search by characteristics ie.
colour, flowering season, aspect, soil, height, type eg. evergreen etc. which
can be very helpful if you are undertaking a planting plan yourself.
This is a product that I recommend to my clients regardless of their gardening experience. It is an excellent tool for making good planting decisions when creating your own plan, putting plants in the wrong place can be an expensive experience! If you have commissioned a planting plan this is a very good way of finding out about the plants without having to buy numerous books, and is an informative care guide covering pests, diseases, pruning advice & much more. |

In the programme you can click on thumb nail image to take you to the description page. The CD is linked to an online plant finder to enable you to purchase plants you choose easily. The information is stored on the CDrom which means valuable space on your hard drive will not be used. |
| List the plants
in your own garden..
Create a list of the plants you have in your garden, you can then use the list to find out when to prune, the times of year your plants will flower (this is an excellent tool if you are creating your own planting plan and want to make sure you have flowers in the garden when you want). There is also a facility that lets you write your own notes about the plants you have as well as a feature that enables you to produce a shopping list for plants you wish to obtain. CD includes trees, shrubs, grasses, aquatics, roses, climbers, herbaceous perennials etc. |
